What we collect, and when
Contact form and idea drafts: your name, email address, the subject and message you type, and, if you use the sketch canvas or idea builder, the words generated from your picks. We keep this to answer you and to prepare a conversation about your project.
Talk-to-us dock: the conversation stays in your browser. Nothing reaches us until you press "Send to the team", which places the text into the contact form for you to review and send.
Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, time and requested page for security and error diagnosis, for a short period.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser signals; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. Without it the form cannot be sent.
Where it goes and who processes it
Messages are stored in a database on Cloudflare (D1) and forwarded to our mailbox by email through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf. The site itself is served by Cloudflare Workers from data centres worldwide.
We do not sell data, run advertising, or share your message with anyone outside the studio.
Cookies and browser storage
No tracking or advertising cookies. The site keeps a few things in your own browser only: the light or dark theme, the language, an unsent contact draft, your idea-builder picks and the dock conversation. You can clear them any time from your browser settings, or with "Start over" and "Clear" where offered.
Cloudflare may set a functional cookie for bot protection. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is active, it collects aggregate, cookie-less page statistics.
Live status checks
The Work page shows whether our own portfolio sites are online. Those checks run from our server to our sites and involve no data about you.
How long we keep it
Messages stay as long as the conversation about your project is open, then for a reasonable time for follow-up, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or object to processing. Write to . If you are in the EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
AI in projects
This website itself uses no AI on your data. In client projects, AI steps read only what the task needs, results are written back to the client's systems, and client data is not used to train models unless agreed in writing. The model provider is named in each project plan.
